    A combined conference for ISEC and OIS (Office Information System) was held at conference room of Nougakudo in Nagoya on 13th and 14th of November 2008. There were eight participants for ISEC and eight participants for OIS. Although the number of people present was low but there were constructive discussions, which was very fruitful.
