SCIS was held at Sunport Hall Takamatsu over 19th-22th January 2010 in Kagawa, Japan. There was a small decrease in participants and presenters than last year, but a total of 598 participants, out of which 314 presented in the symposium. Not only theoretical but also implementation contents were widely covered in cryptography. In that, side-channel attacks and public-key cryotography had the 6 sessions, which were the largest number of sessions.
