ISEC(Sep.) was held in Kikai-Shinkou Kaikan at the foot of Tokyo Tower. There were 16 presentations and about 50 participants there. The contents of the presentations had many protocols of the Bilinear-DH problem relation, one-way fanction, etc. There are many announcements theoretical as a feature and the announcement of applied contents is decreasing. The award ceremony (four affairs) of the 20th anniversary prize of SCIS was held after the ISEC end.
