The rate of acceptance was 27%. There were presentations from the U.S., U.K., Japan, South Korea, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Canada and Australia.
There were many presentations from the U.S. overwhelmingly. The number of the presentations from Japan was two. The presentation of the presentation about construction of the code system of the security about MAC, a key evolution code, and a pairing base etc. was carried out without the topic of the latest fashion inclining toward a specific field.

RSA-conference is a conference which puts the security-related exhibition hall side by side.
The session was the very big society by which 13 sessions, such as not only cryptographer but standards and secure web services, were held in parallel.

Since it had the influence of SARS and the Iraq war on the badness of business in this year,
the participating number was considered to have been at least a half compared with last year.
