ISEC(Sep.) was held in Kikai-Shinkou Kaikan at the foot of Tokyo Tower. There were 13 presentations and about 40 participants there. The contents of the presentations were optical communication quantum cryptography, collision of Hash function, p^r*q type signature, group signature, finger print, and ect.
