This workshop was jointly held by Computer Security Group (CSEC) and Distributed Processing System Group (DPS) in Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International(ATR) at Kyoto. There were about 200 participants and 59 presentations. Topic of workshop included network security, privacy, security policy, P2P, overlay network, authentication and more.
