It was held at Kikai-Shinko-Kaikan Bldg in Tokyo on May 22, 2009. There were about 30 participants, and 10 presentations. There were many presentations concerning Anonymous Authentication, Quantum Cryptography, Implementation of Pairing-based Cryptography, Server-aided computation of scalar multiplication on elliptic curve, Report of ISO meeting on May 2009 in Beijing and so on.
