ISPEC2010 was held at Seoul in Korea on May 12-13, 2010. There were about 60 participants, and 28 presentations. The conference was small and practically one day, because it done same theme in parallel. There presentations were consist of 12 in China, 4 in Japan, 4 in Korea and so on. There were many participants from Asia. ISPEC2011 is going to hold at China.
