  • Regular Registration Deadline: October 27, 2025 (23:59 JST)
  • Late Registration Period: October 28 – Conference Days

All deadlines are specified in Japanese Standard Time (JST). Registration fees must be received by the applicable deadline. Please ensure that you complete your registration well in advance of the deadline.

Registration Policy

  • Author registration with payment not completed by the deadline may result in paper exclusion from the proceedings.
  • Papers without at least one completed author registration by the deadline will be excluded from the proceedings.
  • We encourage all participants to register by the Regular deadline. For Late registration, additional dinner tickets cannot be purchased, dietary requests may not be guaranteed, and polo-shirt sizes will be provided based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • [Early/Regular Registration] Registration fees and any additional dinner ticket charges are refundable after deducting the necessary handling fee, but are Non-Refundable after October 17.
  • [Late Registration] Registration fees and any additional dinner ticket charges are Non-Refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. The actual amount refunded may vary depending on your credit card company’s refund policy and the applicable exchange rate at the time of refund.
