I joined the 24th World Conference on Information Security Applications (WISA 2023), which was held in Jeju, South Korea, from August 23 to August 25. The conference covered different aspects of cryptography and information security. The keynote was presented by Bhasin Shivam (Nanyang Technological University, Singapore) on 'Leaking AI: On Side-Channel Vulnerabilities (and more) on EdgeML Devices.'

The presentations included topics such as cryptography, privacy, and management, as well as hardware and software security. I presented our paper, "Improved Differential-Linear Cryptanalysis of Reduced Rounds of ChaCha," on August 25 under the Hardware and Software Security session.

During the presentation, the moderator asked questions about how data and time complexity work and how secure ChaCha stream cipher is. Additionally, I had the opportunity to meet researchers from around the world and discuss our research topics, including post-quantum cryptography.
