The 88th National Convention of IPSJ was held in a hybrid format at Matsuyama University in Ehime Prefecture on March 6-8, 2026.
The convention consisted of student sessions and general sessions. Participants included not only students and researchers but also several representatives from industry. In addition, various special programs were organized, including keynote lectures, invited talks, and event sessions.

The research topics covered a wide range of fields, including computer systems, software science and engineering, artificial intelligence and cognitive science, networks, security, interfaces, and computers and society. Through the Q&A sessions and the social gathering, participants actively exchanged opinions and ideas.
