The 19th International Conference on Provable and Practical Security (ProvSec 2025) was held over three days from October 11 to 13 at the Institute of Information Security in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. It comprised seven sessions ("Digital Signature," "Post-Quantum Cryptography," "Machine Learning Security & Privacy," "Short paper," "Poster," "Cryptanalysis, Distributed System and Blockchain Security," and "Cryptographic Protocol & Searchable Encryption Security") and seven invited talks.
A total of 72 papers were submitted; 22 were accepted as full papers and 3 as short papers. By country, the most submissions came from China, followed by Japan and Australia, while acceptance rates were highest for Australia, then China, and then Japan. Over the three days, lively discussions took place, making it a valuable conference for deepening knowledge related to research in cryptography.
