The Information and Communication Systems Security Study Group (ICSS) 2021 was held on June 21-22, 2021 as a fully virtual conference. It was chaired by delegates from both industry and academia from various companies in Japan such as Mitsubishi Electric, Kyushu Institute of Technology, Tokyo Institute of Technology , KDDI Labs.
There were a total of 14 presentations that included 1 invited talk by Sachi Hirose ( Kyushu Institute of Technology ).
The talks covered a range of research themes including Cryptography, blockchain, Iot based Image Analysis and cyber security subjects such as malicious site detection.
Each talk was typically followed by an enriching Q&A session that encouraged the presenters to not only answer questions related to research but explain their research trajectory.

|Academic conference||The International Conference on Security of Information and Communication Systems (ICSS) was held on November 29 and 30, 2021, at Kochi Castle Hall (Kochi City) and online (Zoom). It was held at Kochi Castle Hall (Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture) and online (Zoom) on November 29 and 30, 2021. Presentations were made on various fields of security, including IPv6 security, network security of honeybots used as decoy environments, and theoretical studies. During the question-and-answer session, there was a lively exchange of opinions at the Kochi Castle Hall and online.|
