The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the safety of stream cipher RC4. Concretely, we improve the existing cryptanalysis methods, and then discover the new biases or correlations. In the theoretical analysis, we prove them by using the proved events. In the practical analysis, we apply them to the attacks against the practical applications like WPA(TKIP) or MPPE.
