ISEC has been held at the Promotion of Machine Industry near Tokyo tower. The session was 3, and 3-4 Invited Lecture was held at each session. The number of participants were about 50, and less vacancy. Most of the participants were researcher of the company. The atmosphere of conference was nice and the participants ask questions to presentator actively.
